Slow down there jeff. I think I am on your side. I am definately on Tyler's side. I am trying to play devil's advocate here. Your response is not really helpful at all for his defense. The head in the sand defense does not play well outside of Marblehead.

I am trying to understand why anyone (Tyler) might do what is charged. To me it seems illogical. If I were a lawyer building a defense for TH I would want to understand what was going on. I would not deny the facts, I would refute them. Tyler needs smarter friends then you dude.
