Car accident, sat out Spring Classics with team (Cofidis) suspension, fell in the first lap of the Olympic RR. . . it hasn't been spectacularly bad for Astarloa but it hasn't been good either.

I'm cheering on a Worlds win for a cyclist I dislike from now on!
