From reading the live feeds (not getting to watch it), it looks like Heras is strong to me. Liberty also seems to have a decent team. Valverde, Mancebo and Heras (and Nozal) are the favorites as I see it right now, but there is a great deal of climbing left.

Landis has seemed to be able to cut his losses, but I also wonder how much is left in his tank. It appeared that he got stronger as the tour went on, so I hope for the same. If he gets on the podium, that will be a great result.
