There are stage reports and an upbeat interview from Heras. The team might not be great, but Heras is in superb form. Nozal and IGG aren't too bad either.

There's only 68.3 km of flat TTing compared to 97.1 km last year. The climbing is also slightly more selective. Heras is going to successfully defend his title and become a three time champion.
