Subject: Notice that Valverde beat Heras in the TT today

Valverde's TTing has improved. Heras has a minute to make up on Valverde--where can he get it? I see Heras and Valverde as the big protaganists now, but Nozal, Beltran, and Hamilton should be GC factors as well since they have such great form. Mancebo rode amazingly today--but I'm still betting he's too tired after the Tour to win the Vuelta. Dissapointing ride by Menchov today, but he could come back in the mountains.
