Subject: Extended length episodes

I am a lifelong fan of Bonanza but have run into something I can't explain. There is a YouTube channel called Best Western Bonanza that has episodes running approximately 78 to 80 minutes long. Anybody have any ideas where these came from with the extra footage?

I watched a couple episodes and it seems they repeat the episode after about 48 min. Also I see that Fox Classics ran the episodes; I personally have never seen Bonanza on Fox.

Rest assured, AC, there are no eps on youtube in as good quality (digitally restored and remastered) or as long (completely uncut) as the official releases in the U.S. and Canada from CBSHE (CBS Home Entertainment) on DVD. A complete ep. w/o commercials runs 49-50 minutes.

Kathy is right. Why the poster records off the air then adds a portion of the same ep. immediately afterward is a puzzlement. And "Fox Classics" is a network in Australia.

June can't get here quick enough (for Season's 8's official release). Yee-ha!
