Lots of great "Rifleman" eps, but "The Vision" and "Old Man Running" come to mind immediately.

"The Clarence Bibs Story" with Buddy Hackett and "Day of the Hunter" with John Anderson are a couple that come to mind.

I enjoy the episodes that include Joan Taylor as Milly Scott. Joan Taylor previously appeared in the science fiction film Earth vs the Flying Saucers (1956).

The Rifleman airs six days a week on Me-TV, and on Saturday mornings on AMC.

I liked most of "The Texan" episodes fairly equally, but these four seem to stand out.

THE TEXAN:
Law of the Gun
The Troubled Town
A Quart of Law
The Gunfighter

"The Rifleman" is one of my favorite western TV shows. I too liked Milly better than Lou Mallory.
I also liked most of the episodes fairly equally, but these episodes top my list.

THE RIFLEMAN:
The Sharpshooter
End of a young Gun
The Marshal
The Patsy
Day of the Hunter
Mail order Groom
Shotgun Man
Miss Milly
THe Wyoming Story Parts 1&2
Clarence Bibs Story
Gunfire
Two Ounces of Tin
The Sidewinder

I never cared much for "Branded" and I only saw about a dozen or so episodes. These are the episodes that I liked.

BRANDED:
Price of a name
The Wolfers
Barbed Wire
