Subject: " A Hot Day for a Hanging " (1962)

This was on TV LAND this afternoon from 3-4:00 p.m.

" A Hot Day for a Hanging " (1962)

Although the Reviewer at: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0529469/ called this a "predictable" episode but like what "kfo9494", the Reviewer wrote last year of: " Without needing a spoiler we all know that the last five minutes will produce some action that could possibly save Hoss from hanging " but of WHO did WHAT of both: finally sending that telegram and throwing down his gun with the offer was a great ending.

And so the moral of the story is like that saying in the Bible from 1 Corinthians 8:9 is: "American King James Version
But take heed lest by any means this liberty of your's become a stumbling block to them that are weak" of in this story of the Sheriff not only slow to act to the point of another acting for him.

Or is it: Exodus 23:3 King James Version (KJV)? of in the Old Testament:
http://www.godvine.com/bible/exodus/23-3

"Neither shalt thou countenance a poor man in his cause." of that I always thought was not to delay such, as in this episode of to delay the telegram for NOT Hoss the poor as he had $25,000 right? (;-) for that land deal of #____ acres of past the 5:00 p.m. deadline of no bank drafts, of did Ben ever buy that land? BUT of his "poor" condition of in jail.

But here is the actual definition of: " Thou shalt neither be influenced by the great to make an unrighteous decision, nor by the poverty or distress of the poor to give thy voice against the dictates of justice and truth. Hence the ancient maxim, Fiat Justitia, Ruat Coelum. "Let justice be done, though the heavens should be dissolved." *

Barnes' Notes on Exodus 23:3

Countenance - Rather, show partiality to a man's cause because he is poor (compare Leviticus 19:15).

These four commands, addressed to the conscience, are illustrations of the ninth commandment, mainly in reference to the giving of evidence in legal causes. Compare 1 Kings 21:10; Acts 6:11."
