I wonder if anyone has interviewed Collins about his 5 years working on Bonanza (1968-1973). If not, it's a terrible shame. He would have seen Michael Landon's growth as a writer & director first hand, not to mention the other incidents that occurred off-camera. He is 98 years old now...

Mike didn't care for Collins and he wasn't the only one who held that position. Collins' favorite character was Jamie.

I didn't know that about Michael & Collins' relationship. Still, that doesn't change the fact that the producer's Bonanza memories need to be recorded so future historians and fans will have them. He was there...we weren't.

I know people who were there that worked alongside Collins, so does Andy Klyde, who's spoken to him. Nice man.
