The most famous one I can think of is when Hoss sneaks downstairs to try to get some food in "The Flapjack Contest".

He doesn't get the food, just a good scolding from Little Joe!

The episode on Encore Westerns yesterday, "Heritage Of Anger", had Joe soaking his bare foot in a stream after Candy dropped a rock on it.
