I just saw it and I'd recommend you contact Encore and tell them. I wonder if one of the tapes broke durung duplication. That happened once before when Hallmark had the show. Some eps on the syndication tapes from season 12 and 13 broke and they were later replaced for airing on Hallmark. This may be the case for "The Fighters", but I can't be sure.
We may find that other episodes are missing and will not be broadcast by Encore. Or, maybe they are airing them by production order, not original NBC broadcast order...if so, then 'The Marriage of Theodora Duffy' will be last.

I hope "The Fighters" will air on Encore uncut.
I still have an edited version of "The Fighters" episode on VHS from when I recored it off CBN back in the late 80s.
"The Fighters" is one of my favorite "Lost" episodes of Bonanza.
And it's the third episode I believe where Hoss fought a professional boxer.
He actually fights two boxers in this episode.
The other episodes were, "The Magnificent Adah" from the first season and "The Duke" from the third season.
