Hoss is sworn in as temporary Sheriff and must play matchmaker to a merchant, his mail-order bride and a slick pair of land swindlers. With Melinda Dillon, Tom Bosley, Jay Novello, Robert Emhardt, Ray Teal,, Byron Morrow and David Canary as Candy. Location scenes filmed at Franklin Lake.
