Hi Andrew,

I was noting the last time the entire set was played, going 5 years back to 2004. I recall the July 06' marathon-return, but it was short-lived and many were upset with the sudden removal of the episodes from Hallmark and the calendar from my website.

No chance of them being grouped with the 260. NBC did this back in 1973 and refuses to change it for US airplay.

Rick,
If anything, I also wish that Encore Westerns would pick up the lost episodes of BONANZA. They show the same series of shows too much such as MAVERICK,GENE AUTRY,CHEYENNE, CIMMARON STRIP and so many others. We all need to make a stand and get the lost eps back on TV.

I think the lost episodes are mostly the best ones out of the series because of the simple fact that MICHAEL LANDON wrote and directed several of those. It's a shame that his marvelous work has to be locked up in NBC'S vault and connot be seen by us who admire him so much.

However, something's got to give one of these days. I'm sure we'll get them back, just a matter of time.

Mike wrote and directed twice that amount of episodes. I'm sure they'll be back, but it's a matter of what network is interested and when. Encore Westerns is a joke. Just about everyone complains and if they really wanted to expand their material, they would do it. Guess they just don't care. Jeers.
