I'm not sure if I see it as a Happy Pill, but it keeps me in check, keeps my head on straight. Well, at least to some degree it's a great daily or weekly check on life and living life, something I can admire, aspire or look up to. Not the no man's land killing zone or Wild West anything goes, but I do like many of the lessons the programs provide, and I enjoy the superb acting. Compared to some of the stuff that's been on in the last 20 years, it's a breath of fresh air to me. In fact just looking at a number of photos that were included in the German sets, their little booklets and other stills I have seen recently I can’t help but notice just how professional and how serious they took their characters, as well as their lines. All great actors, and many super talents as guest stars.
