Subject: Rabbit Population 'Explosion' on the Ponderosa

I think this is my favorite episode of season 8, and there are a lot of great eighth season eppys. Hop-Sing is at his best here and so are the Cartwrights. Did anyone else recognize the fact that although this episode is not written or co-written by Michael Landon, that Mike recycles this idea for a subplot in the final episode of 'Little House...?' You know, the one where Walnut Grove is blown up and the Carter boys are raising rabbits in the old Ingalls barn? The final shots of the series show residents leaving in their covered wagons as the rabbits get loose.

Rabbit's are very destructive little critter's.
They love Green's , and will eat anything they can get ahold of.
And Bunny's repopulate faster then you can tap your toe's to a tune on the radio.
