This show reminded me of all the miltary men who turned bad during the history of Bonanza. Lots of great episodes.

You can tell Hoss's laugh was from the bottom of his soul. Those 2 can really get into the act for sure!

I just watched this, and again I was entertained by the HATS. I laughed and laughed. Little Joe's hat scrunched down on his head while he slept in the balloon! :) :)You know, most teeny boppers'heart throbs would never let themselves be shown as looking silly. Michael Landon, to his credit, didn't seem to mind at all. I love him for that.
And..Dan... with that laughter. What an actor! Have you ever noticed that even the best actors have a hard time acting a really good belly laugh realistically? But Dan sure could. I don't know how anyone could hear his laughter in this ep and not laugh also!
Have I mentioned that I love these guys? :) :)

Classic Laurel and Hardy as the two hang on for dear life as the balloon gets higher and higher. True classic comedy teams.

I agree - it's hard to get a 'real laugh' with scene takes over and over again. I did enjoy watching LJ and his hat today -thanks for pointing the hats out, it can be fasinating...
