Why the weird starting times?

I've been watching Hawaii Five-O at 12 noon weekdays on METV, and then Gunsmoke, Bonanza at 1 + 2, and then at 3:00 p.m. = The Big Valley. http://metvnetwork.com/wherewatch.php Enter Zip Code: ______ . Where's the full morning or afternoon schedule? All I get is the What's on Now and Next, plus 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. schedule.
