That's supposed to be news ????? 65 guys write their congressmen to stop the occupation? Jesus you had more than 65 guys make out their GI insurance to Abbie Hoffman in order to get out of Vietnam--it didn't work then it won't work now. They can make their GI insurance out to Osama their still gonna finish their hitch--As far as I know their never needed to be a reg that says you can write a congressman without retaliation. Only time retaliation came in was when the complaint was not true, even then if complaint was made in good faith nothing happened
