But a Joe Biden administration has no problem pushing for UNCONSTITUTIONAL, draconian laws to track down motorist when it comes to an odometer law on the environment..

To monitor, spy on motorist who may drive hybrid electrical cars when it comes to their odometer readings. To raise taxes, duties and levies to finance Joe Biden/Democrat Party's nationwide infrastructure programs...

This would be an overreach, nanny state program of exampled "BIG GOVERNMENT".. But Biden and his Democrat Party will not enforce border protection laws of safety and security as observed.

The same U.S.-MEXICO border which now allows illegal aliens to flood into this country unstopped..
