Rodents and rats scurrying well below the complex where the transit subways are located.

I am sure many of these same rodents and rats scurry up where the main Penn Station complex searching for food at these same eateries and cafes..

Mayor Michael should be doing his homework. Or did mama and daddy insert a golden spoon in his mouth when he was a young spoiled rotten tyke??
