and just read a few horror storys they think that are above the law and they are getting away with it stealing millions from good people holding there money for months collecting interest some times for no reasions just cause they don't like you or want your money PEOPLE IT IS A SAD SAD SAD DAY

I sure do hope you post this for others to see i am sorry i do not spell to good a Words of warning don't buy your brake kits from hotrodsusa on ebay for the mustang II kits with 11"rotors you have to call them they tell you when you call them and is listed on there auctions that it takes 2-3 weeks for shipping and for the inconviance of waiting that long they will send you a proporsinate valve and brake line as a free gift right away for ordering the kit from them
heres what happens you call them order the brake kit and pay them with paypal $774.38 one week later you get the brake line and valve about a $30 value 5 weeks later all the time they don't return your e mails requesting a tracking # for the kit and rotors or answer the phone or tell you the person you need to talk to is never in you finaly get fed up and file a claim with paypal for item not received
now heres the real stickler paytpal says the won't honor the claim cause hotrodsusa sent them a tracking # and i recived that package with the brake line and pro valve in it leading paypalto belive i got my item i payed for paypal rep says and i quote ( even if the seller sent you a box of rocks your claim would not be valid theres nothing we can do about refunding your money they sent you something and that makes you claim not valid) and won't let you refile your claim under item not as discribed if you do file claim as item not as discribed paypal will not honor that claim ether cause you did not buy thro ebay even tho they list 100's of brake kits for verious cars all auctions saying the same thing free parts when ordering this kit I have got ahold of hotrodsusa twice and all the guy can say is pay pal has my money take it up with them o and by the way we cansoled your order paypal says all he has to do is issue a full refund on this transaction and the claim would be closed but the guys at hotrods would not do that cause they are dishonist i lost my $774.38 alot of money to me took me alnog time to save up for and my car is still in peices waiting on a brake kit i have to take the buss to work about to go postal over that My only recorse is to file fraud charges hotrodsusa feedback on e bay is well over 10000 makeing you belive you are safe with buying from them and paying with paypal protection make you belive you are safe also its just not true Hotrodsusa knows this paypal loop hold and have brobly scamed many this way with paypals blessing but now all that have read this have been warned i blaim paypal more cause they give you false since of sercurity when useing them as payment you are not safe with paypal transactions outside or inside ebay and all the seller has to do is send you a empty box and theres nothing paypal will do about it cause you did get something with a tracking # on it even if you send them pictures of the 2 lbs box with the tracking # (paypal can clearly see in the picture tracking # is still on the box) no brake kit and rotors will fit in that they sent you leading paypal to belive you got your item paypal don't care its there paolicy to not care they are the biggest crooks here they just gave my money back to hotrodsusa pritty much saying heres you money back you have done nothing wrong its ok for you to just keep cheatting and robbing the comsumers with our blessing and they don't refund the money back to you the person it belongs to needless to say i will no longer deal with paypal comming or going and wish i could get back the $1000s i have payed in paypal dues For what i don't know maybe to get there phoney protection i guss. on 11 /15 06 paypal closed my claim not in my favor and gave my money back to hotrodsusa I have talked to reps at hotrodsusa since then and they refuse to refund my money or send me the kit i payed for I guss because they feel if paypal found my claim not valid then i no longer have any recorse or right to get my money back i arugeed with paypal saying i filed the claim right according to there policy the transaction stated for brake kit and rotors not for free brake line and pro. valve had nothing to do with my claim or transaction I didn't even want the free stuff was something that was a boniss for ordering the kit (what i payed for) paypal didn't care its there policy to not care they will find any way posiable to keep your money and just not deal with it I wonder how many people hotrodsusa have committed this fraud to know they have paypal blessing i am sure i have a clear cut case i also have been haveing trouble proforming my job and can't sleep over this its just eating me up inside and makeing me unstable emotionaly
so why was my claim not found valid cause paypal are the biggest crooks here and don't care about you and in this case indorse internet fraud on 11/15/06 paypal gave my money back to the scamer and now the scamer has my money and my parts its been 9 weeks i don't think he will return my money those bastards at hotrodsusa don't buy from them
to bad we really need someone like paypal to protect our money transfers on the net to bad a bunch of crooks and cons got together and made paypal
did you know if you have a dispute with paypal over $40 item you bought on ebay and you have $40,000 in your bank account paypal frezzes your account and i mean all of it for months claiming they are investgating it BULL CRAP paypal owns millions in dead accounts they have frozen from hard working people like you and I they have just stolen your money and most of the time don't even give you a reasion if you have been ripped off by paypal or paypal didn't live up to there policy and protect your money like they claim please post here or on aboutpaypal .com i would like to help get the word out and shut the crooks down
did you also know ebay owns paypal and ebay is on the board of drectors of the bbb in california this is a major conflict interesting how many complaints are filed with the bbb and far to few ever get there wonder why ??? any lawers out there i have about 100,000 friends out there that have been riped off by paypal and want to do another class action suit against them to get our money back 100s of class actions suits have been won against paypal but they continue to do there bissness poorly and ilegely because even if they lose the case witch they always settle out of court and stipulate in the settlement that partys can not talk about there cases or warn people of the truth they make more money ripping off people even after paying the settlements OMG why don't the fbi or goverment do something and shut them down can you say they are above the law
