Subject Author Date There really is not a lot of work or expense in obtaining either of these franchises, the problem is that there is not enough interest from married delegates to put on a decent pageant. There have been several in the past and ya just cant pull off a pageant with 3 delegates lol. Its a great thought, however not practical.
