Subject: Christi, I totally agree with you and it's so sad that Canada doesn't seem to care about pageants anymore. I'm glad you've been such a good sport about this same date-thing and you really do show good sportsmanship, which I'm in awe from reading your postings. I'm disheartened how mean and nasty messages can be on pageant message boards.

Other countries issue stamps and holidays in honour of their girls who win MU and MW, in Canada its like 'oh, cool' and go about your day. Every pageant will get a little local coverage, none will ever get on tv no matter what they promise except for a local or ethnic station, but never national coverage, those days are gone.
