Lena leaves for Miss World on Thursday evening with a wardrobe full of fabulous clothes, great training under her belt and a great, positive attitude. We can expect good things from her in England, Abu Dhabi and South Africa!

I think it means her and 4 other girls got thier picture taken together. Watching the video it looks like they only did a top 7, then crowned the top 3, doesnt look like they had a top 5.
