I think there will be several incarnations until the pageant and every photo will be a different 'look'. I am waiting for her actual competition photos and performance in the prelims to 'judge' I think she has enough good sense from her previous experiences to know what works for her and what doesn't. As for Kap...it was just a funny reference, most ppl even in Ontario don't know it exists....the only person I ever met from there was a stripper I met when I was 16 bahahaha -- Canadian Pageant Fans' HQ
