Subject: Please dont quote me on this...I am NOT the authority! but this is what it says on the website and this is the dress the designer mentioned designed. 2+2 may not = 4 tho!! The wardrobe Chelsae will be wearing has been designed by local and international designers. Rommel Manlangit designed the National costume called ‘An hommage to Haida: It’s People & Art’.
