Subject: my goodness. It is not all about looks. It is not a "beauty pageant" its a competition that finds a girl that has brains, composure, compassion and then looks. Think about how many gorgous girls in miss universe don't even break the top 15. Usually too its not always the most beautiful girl that wins. Its the one that os pretty but has it all.. Subject Author Date You've got it backwards. Since MUC feeds into Miss Universe, looks are the most important, then composure, and then further down the scale come compassion and brains. Nowhere have i read that MUC's criteria are any different. A "smart nice girl" pageant is not what most people are interested in. They want to see an exceptionally beautiful girl.
