Subject: There is an award given to the contestant with the most ticket sales. It does not play into the final scoring. I've seen some girls who sold lots of tickets in the past and not place. Subject Author Date im not saying ticket sales have the only say. but i think the 1st runner up looked more stunning than stephanie. and so did some of the other girls. but c'mon 10 girls, to compete against is not very hard...especially when alot of them do not even have pageant experience...i dunt think stephanie should have won..and i have looked at her pictures throughly. Also they changed the swimsuit competition to a athletic wear competition because they were getting complaints from contestants and parents about the swimsuit section. Also some girls chose to wear 2 different gowns, 1 for evening wear & 1 for speech. Hope that answers your questions.
