Yes the west girls pay more (I won't get into all the details) the official entry fees are different but the western girls get into the competition differently from the east girls.
And Patti doesn't chose who goes to MUC only Denis, the National director makes that decision.
Yes the girls are seperated on different floors but you have nearly 2 weeks of getting to know all the girls at rehearsals, dinners... You don't spend much time on your hotel floors anyways.
To these girls who are competing, ignore politics and have the experience of your life, it is worth it!
