the page just has a picture and a price tag. Is there any actual plans for the thing, or a place where I can buy one, or is it just a tease?

Since Richard started offering his RAMcart, there have been several positive reviews by people who have ordered and used it and no negative comments. If I were wanting one, I'd feel safe emailing him with questions and ordering one. He's a rec.games.vectrex regular and I would trust him in a second...
