Subject: Cowboy/Horseman Seeking Management Position/PA

Hi, I'm a Cowboy/Ranchhand/Horseman/Carpenter/Mechanic in need of a management position in Pa. Relocated here from Wyoming to be near aging Mother. I have thirty seven years exp. with horse/cattle and farm care. I'm 47 years of age with athletic build. 5"9", 160 lbs. Some abilities include, care and foaling of brood mares(breach exp.),surrogate mares, training of new borns and yearlings, medical and first aid including IM injections, bandaging including racing and standing bandages. Hoof and leg care. Feed rationing, supplement rationing. Can keep farm and animal records, feeding, medical, breeding, training, mait. I can repair most any thing associated with farms and ranches from fencing to equipment. I can also grow, cut, bale, and stack hay. I can provide more detailed exp. upon request along with referrences. I have worked with Standerd Breds(Trotters and Pacers), Pack and Pleasure, Western, Show(Dressage, Hunter Jumper), Thoroughbreds in all facets,(Racing/Groom), Morgans. I have hauled horses over many miles without mishap, many times over the Rockies and up and down mountain roads. If you have an operation that needs a good hand, give me a yell. I will consider all serious offers. I'm looking for a long term positon with folks who can stand an exp. hand. If your looking to train someone, I'm not the guy. My exp's are tested in fire and proven. I have an open mind and will adapt to how you may want things done. But you'll have to leave the details to me. I've been micromanaged to death. I have my own home and a fiance' with two daughters. I'm loyal to a fault for the right folks and will work long hours and most weather to get the job done. I would consider relocating for the right outfit and distance. I'm a tuff guy, but the work is tuff. I balance that with a kind heart and dedication. I know this is unusual, I suppose, but finding the right place and the right folks isn't as easy as you might think here in PA. So I'm using every avenue towards success.
