Subject: Elgin womens pendant watch

 I have my Great Grandmothers Elgin Pocket or Pendant case watch. It measure 1.375 inches in dia. Inside the case it is stamped C.W.C.CO. with the following numbers 1226166.
inside the back of the workings case another stamp with the same numbers and the words WARRANTED "CRESCENT" 25 years. The word crescent is within a rectangle.

The workings are 15 jewels.

Can anyone send me in the right direction with age, value, where I can have it cleaned etc.
