 We have my husband's grandmother's Elgin pocket watch.
Serial number is 893651. It is in excellent condition and runs well. 14k gold case [U.S. Assay].One cover has an engraving of a bird in a frame, with many flowers around the frame. The reverse cover has her initials in a frame, same flowers engraved, and the date 1872 [her birth date].
We have no children and no-one in his family wants the watch. I'd like to find it a good home.
