I was givin a elgin pocket watch that was in my dads bottom drawer as long as i can remember. The serial # revealed it was from the 1894 time period. The watch has sent me on a quest to look up my family genealogy. So i have no interest in selling the watch. However i would like it restored, but i have NO idea as to go about doing that. I would also like to know more about the watch. It is also very very probable that it belonged to my great great grandfather who was a pioneer to the michigan territory. The watch means more to me now than any dollar amount. I have also found that I am a direct descendant of one of the signers of the declaration of independence. All because of the watch.
