 Need ID for ELGIN WATCH (clock?) as follows. Extremely heavy case about four inches dia., white metal, originally mounted in wood circle with flat hanger, long stem wind at six o'clock position. White painted face with second hand at 12 o'clock position. No numbers visible on exterior.

Saw identical on an auction site but no info.
