The inside cover of the case has an engraved double thin line encircling the case, with a small shield enclosing "Elgin" in script lettering, (similar to the case markings on E.Howard watches). the movement side of this inner case just says "Wadsworth" "Warranted 20 years", and a case number 4659223. The outside rear cover is engraved "Pendant" Pat.Oct.9.17 and "4659223"
In light of any other info, I agree that the wrong price card in in the watch box.
