Most leather or cloth strap wristwatch bands you can replace yourself by squeezing in the little "spring bar" that attaches to the lugs on the case (where the strap fits in) - it works the same way you take off and put on a roll of toilet paper. Many metal bands attach the same way, but are sometimes harder to do. If you can't figure it out, you should take it to a jeweler or watchmaker, who can replace the strap for you.
