This was made after the Howard name was acquired by the Keystone Watch Co. - still a pretty decent watch, but they don't command the price of the pre-Keystone Howards. Records for the Keystone Howards don't exist (or didn't survive). To determine the size, measure the diameter of the movement (not the case). Common sizes are as follows:
For value, condition is key. Rarity and collector demand are other significant factors. Check ebay for sales of similar Keystone Howards and condition, or check Shugart's for a rough idea. The most accurate valuation will be an in-hand assessment by a jeweler or other appraiser knowledgable in vintage watches.
