Subject: structo turbine

I have a Structo Turbine Wrecker W/ Thunderbolt wheels. When the cab tilts the front wheels turn. The paint is a little beat up, and the wrecker string is broke. Other than that it is in real good shape. Could anyone tell me if it is worth anything? And if so, How much?
