I am trying to figure out how to pose this question as I haven't seen any of the past Mysticks' signed by any other team yet. Not that that has anything really to do with the question I am about to pose to you the fans. What method can be used to remember the fun and pride that the Mysticks brought to the Mobile area. In five years will anyone remember Jeff Pyle, Hughes Gervais, Jason Elders or Jason Clarke? How 'bout in ten years, will there be a place for them in the history of sports in Mobile? There should be with especially the great run against the Stinkrays in the 2001 Kelly Cup playoffs. What are the rules that are established as far as the Mobile Sports Hall of Fame? Heck, I don't even know where it is, but it would be great to see a Mysticks jersey there. But, as things go this part of history is probably down the tubes.
What's your thoughts? I don't think it should be lost for future generations.
