The league office just called me back and here is the latest news that can be released to the fans...

The SEHL is still interested in the Mobile market
There is a local ownership group here in Mobile
They hope to make a decision by June 30th
There is a staff on stand-by, ready to move into a new office
It is not 100% out of the question at this point

There are other issues going on at this time with the league and they are not sure how that will effect the decision on placing a team in Mobile. I will keep checking with them to see if there are any new developments. There is also another league that has showed interest in moving into Mobile. I guess time will tell....

Hats off to whoever posted a message on the sound off in the sports section of the newspaper.
