Pages Etched With Heartprints

You are like my favourite book
Which I return back to read
Love written amongst the text
Those thoughts fill my need

Whilst turning page after page
Many I have paused upon
Images of love comes to mind
Thoughts of you continue on

It was evident in every chapter
I was always on your mind
In the words written back then
Its your loving thoughts I find

Cherished memories collected
Indelibly thoughts remained
Pages etched with heartprints
The past is deeply ingrained
