Subject: Dogs & Pigs

The Great Armies gather like dark shadows infecting the light
Overhead Demonic Creatures scream and cackle excitedly...
A deafening roar of a million tanks shakes the planet...
Hate and its allies will soon have their day...
Can you hear that other noise?
Somewhere just barely definable a horrific screeching of mutated vultures
They are waiting ... waiting for a feast..

It had happened ...happened so many times before...
Now End-time... Now no more chances
Politicians huddled in their bunkers
Their dog-like features showed their lineage and desires
Generals gathered in fallout shelters planning and plotting
Their awful squeals and grunts about to obliterate society.
There was a feeling of anticipation, evil exhilaration

Suddenly white trails came from east and west horizons
A high pitched whistle , a distant explosion , a mushroom cloud
The rivers ran red with blood, agony and pain , death and destruction
A clash of steel, guns firing, bloodcurdling screams
Hero's fought bravely to the their deaths
After today there would be no more hero's, no one to remember them
For today Humankind would be obliterated by its own lust for power...

The POWER and Glory would not be recognized....

I ask a question...

Is this the war we always wanted and what will become of us?
