Howdy Grubstake, good to see you're out and kicking. I have a plan: If/when the NFS emergency rules are adopted and become permanent I will train and then hire the badgers to dig for me. I do not believe the NFS Rangers will require
either a NOI or POO for them. If they did, it would look silly to develop a NFS form for a badger to fill out.

This could lead into more rules and complications as there would then need to set up special schooling to teach a
badger how to fill out the necessary paperwork. What say
you??? Or did I finally "Gotcha."
