Subject: Back from Reno

Hawkeye and I just got home from the GPAA Gold Show in Reno, and it was good to see many of our old friends there. Motherlode Dave was there in his auriferous glory, Tom M. and Pat S. were there showing off their recent golden finds, Digger Bob dropped a few yellow "horse choakers" into my outstetched palm, and yeah, I had to give 'em back to him (figured I couldn't run as fast as long-legged Digger Bob; besides, they'd probably hold Hawkeye for ranson until I returned), Chico Jim, Roger A., and a few others. Next Show for us will be the Northern Utah Prospectors Association Club Show at the Golden Spike Arena in Ogden April 5&6. Hope to see some of your there! HH Jim
