Subject: Depends on what you mean by "solo"

It has been done in 4+ days in summer.

Suppose that a support team was to precede you on your entire route so that the trail was broken out. This might make even faster walking than in summer on many trails. Similarly if you had friends meeting you with supplies and emergency gear you wouldn't have to carry a typical winter pack. It is usually easier to walk at night in winter than in summer.

If you consider this solo hiking because you don't have a companion with you, I would say 7 days is possible. If you require that you must break out all trails yourself (and thus must go right after a major storm before anybody else does it), I would say it's too much.
