Fantastic site, Mohamed!

Recently moved out here from CA and I am looking forward to exploring the region. For CA, I have several good guide books that list area hikes. I'm looking for something similar for the NE region. I would like something that covers everything from 1-day early-season conditioners to 50 milers. My favorite from CA, would give 3 versions of the same 19 mile trail, one-day/strenuous, two-day/moderate, and four-day/leisurely. The forums are great, but the books give me something to do on the T. I have heard that New England Hiking by M. Lanza is good, and can order it online but haven't found it on a shelf to look before leaping. Anybody familiar with this one, or have a better suggestion. (I'm in Boston)

It is not the same to talk of Bulls as it is to be in the bull-ring
