I'm also interested in Redington from South Crocker (and back). I will be section hiking the lower part of Maine on the AT this September. I would like to bag Redington on the day we do the 2 Crockers. W would probably start the day atop Sugarloaf and end at Rt 27.

Comments? Anyone done this route lately?
