Come visit Kihei, Maui - Take Advantage of Owner's $70 Rental Rate!

Our lovely air-conditioned, one bedroom/one bath, ground floor Maui
Vista condominium suite (# 3106) beckons you to relax and live the
easy island life style. Our condo is ideal for two adults, or two
adults and a small child.

There's so much to enjoy right here - 2 of the 6 free, championship
tennis courts are just outside our front door, and 1 of the 3 freshwater
swimming pools is just steps from our lanai. Two, always clean. gas
BBQ's are just outside our front door. The Maui Vista is across
the street from magnificent Kamaole Beach I, one of Maui's finest,
sunniest, safest, swimmable beaches.

We recently completely renovated our condo with all new appliances,
new carpet and drapes, new 27" TV, as well as new ceramic tile in the
hall, kitchen, and bath.

April 15th until December 15th, our condo is available for $70.00 a night,
plus 11.42% tax. From December 16th until April 14th the rent is $95.00
a night, plus 11.42% tax. We do offer rental concessions for longer stays.
Usual minimum stay is one week.

We live in Maui, at our condo, four months a year; we love it! For our
use we expect and want the condo clean, functional, and well equipped.
Because of our occupancy, you should and can expect the same.
