Identified muscle weaknesses and flexibility issues and explained to dancer how they impacted their dancing, particularly in relation to posture, getting up off the ground, controlled landing, maintaining turnout, increasing crossing over. Showed dancer exercises to strengthen those weaknesses. Wrote a program to address their particular areas of concern. The book is an excellent resource.
